The location of this property is fantastic, with a lovely pub and tearooms just a short walk away. It is also within walking distance of Pickering, providing great proximity to local amenities. The property itself is beautifully furnished with a boutique hotel feel, and the owners have put a lot of effort into making it feel like a home. The bathrooms are of high quality and the welcome basket is a thoughtful touch.
The sofa bed seat is quite uncomfortable, but it didn't bother us too much as we were out all day.

The location of this cottage is simply perfect , just a short walk from a charming pub and tearooms, and only 30 minutes away from the delightful town of Pickering. the facilities provided were top, notch, with a well, maintained and smart layout. the hosts were very accommodating, even providing a high chair for our little one. the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch, making us feel right at home.
One small suggestion would be to add a coffee maker or a cafetiere to the kitchen amenities for that perfect morning brew. But overall, this minor detail didn't take away from our fantastic experience at this property.

The directions provided were excellent, making it easy to find the property. The accommodation was superb and luxurious, with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the high chair that was provided for our grandson. The property was also in a convenient location, close to local amenities.
There were a couple of check-in issues during our stay, with another party mistakenly being assigned to our booked property and other guests attempting to enter our property late at night. This created some confusion and inconvenience.
